CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

With effects from 27th July 2016, Riders who cancel within 15min or lesser prior to the stipulated pickup timing or fail to show up within the appointed time will a have to face a penalty of SGD $4.00 cancellation fees. Fees will only incur for confirmed ride requests. Passengers do not bear any fees if ride was cancelled by drivers. Fees will be processed via card registered and inclusive of GST and other taxes.

This is to prevent cancellations and protect the interest of the drivers who are mainly offering rides out of goodwill. Drivers will also face penalty for cancellations as well.

Refunds may be processed on a case by case basis depending on the time of cancellation, possibilities of a technical issue and if the other party may be deemed at fault. If you do wish to appeal the cancellation fee or a refund dispute, you may write in to support@swiftback.com and we will return to you within 2-3 days.
